Many of the items are cooked with beer such as mussels steamed in beer broth. They have excellent and unique pizzas and they give suggestions for which type of beer will enhance your menu selection.

Enjoy an excellent brunch in a beautifully designed dining room with windows overlooking the cityscape. Start with fabulous beet salad or a basket of pastries, cured meats, pates and terrines. Enjoy braised beef pappardelle, eggs and polenta or bacon stuffed pancakes. They also offer delicious fried chicken or lobster scramble. The desserts are amazing.

With wine by the glass, the Crush Wine Bar has a lively atmosphere and brunch is no exception. They offer an extraordinary brunch menu with fresh squeezed juices, wines and a huge Mimosa selection. Their house-made donuts are fabulous and they also offer omelettes, a lobster club sandwich, coddled eggs and cheddar and leek Frittata sandwich. Their pastries and preserves are all house made and out of this world.

The prix fixe buffet includes a large selection of pastries as well as the breakfast favourite such as scrambled eggs and sausage and Belgium waffles. Excellent local cuisine with Niagara Wine Country flavours. The food and wine is perfectly paired and the three course brunch comes from fresh ingredients purchases at the local Farmers’ Market. It is a prix fixe brunch and includes a class of their awarding winning Trius Brut. It offers a relaxing atmosphere for a leisurely weekend.
